Delivery and postage
Every order is a fictional shopping experience, from the checkout to the tracking timeline. You do not buy the product. The products you see on the site are not for sale.
Standard airmail is free. We track a standard order for 3 days from the moment you place it, and the parcel never arrives.
Express postage costs 1/1000th of the order value, paid in crypto. We track an express order for 1 day from the moment we confirm your payment. You can speed up a standard order while it is in transit; its tracking then starts again on the 1-day track.
The full-price checkout is fake
The checkout at full price is part of the story. No money moves at that step, and we never ask for card data.
Crypto payments are final
Your payment goes straight from your wallet to the owner's wallets. No payment processor sits in between, so you cannot get a chargeback.
Pay the exact amount shown, within the 30-minute quote. If you send the wrong coin or the wrong amount, or use the wrong network, you carry the risk. We may not be able to find the payment or send it back.
No refunds
The experience starts once we confirm your payment. From then on, we give no refunds.
Your parcel might arrive
For some express orders, we place the order for real and ship the item to the buyer as a gift from DopamineNeverComes. Which orders become gifts is up to us. Only express orders can be gifted. A free standard order is never gifted.
We never gift showroom pieces. A showroom piece is any item priced above the current limit of $2,500.
If your order is gifted, your tracking page says “It is really coming” when the 1-day express track ends. We then order the item and ship it to the address on the order.
We do not promise that any order will be a gift. Your express postage pays for the shopping experience, not for the product, and we do not refund it.
Brands and photos
Brand names and product photos belong to their owners. No brand is linked to this site, and no brand endorses it.
Fair use
Use the site fairly. Do not abuse it, and that includes running bots or trying to game which orders get gifted. If you do, we can cancel your orders or block your access.
Liability
We offer the site as is. We are not liable for more than the fee you paid.
